La bonne gestion des ressources des Radios Communautaires et Assimilés préoccupe la FeRCAB entendez Fédération des Radios Communautaires et Assimilés du Bénin. Elle organise à cet effet à Bohicon du 28 au 29 mai 2018 un atelier de renforcement de capacité à l’endroit des directeurs, secrétaires aux finances ou secrétaires administratifs des conseils d’administration. 76 participants venus des 37 radios sont au rendez-vous. L’objectif de cet atelier animé par le laboratoire » labo citoyen » est de lever les conflits d’attribution entre les membres des organes politiques et techniques, de former au mieux les participants à une meilleure élaboration du budget, un meilleur suivi du budget et à la rédaction d’un bon rapport d’activité. Selon Roland ALAYE, Président de la FeRCAB il est question de faire des Radios membres des organes bien gérés.
