Les membres du conseil communal de Nikki ont, enfin, sonné le glas du désordre qui règne dans la famille artisane depuis plusieurs années. A la faveur de la session ordinaire du conseil communal tenue les 22 et 24 Mars 2018, LAFIA Oumarou et les siens ont enfin décidé de casser le bicéphalisme constaté à la tête de cette famille artisane de Nikki et qui est entretenu par l’aile dissidente du groupement Union des Associations Professionnelles de l’Artisanat de Nikki (UAPAN, «Su Ka tii yina». En effet, ce groupe d’artisans s’est retiré du Collectif des artisans de Nikki légalement reconnu pour des problèmes de personnes et de compréhension mutuelle. Une situation qui met à mal la cohésion au sein de la grande famille des artisans de Nikki. Après plusieurs mediations jouées sans succès pour réconcilier les deux positions antagonistes, le Conseil communal de Nikki, s’appuyant sur les textes en la matière, a décidé d’utiliser les moyens légaux pour contraintre l’aile dissidente à suivre le chemin de la Raison.

L’autre décision qui a plus marqué les débats au cours de cette session est celle relative à la poursuite de l’assainissement du secteur de la santé à travers la fermeture systématique et sans conditions des cabinets de soins illégaux et l’arrêt des activités des piqueurs sauvages. Le conseil communal a demandé une forte implication des élus locaux et communaux et surtout les CA à veiller à la fermeture desdits cabinets.
